You choose your pickup days when you sign up. On each pickup morning, leave your Sorted bag outside your door between 7–9am — no need to be home. We pick it up, wash, dry and fold everything, and return it to your doorstep within 24 hours.

For $200/month (first month just $99 with launch pricing), you get up to 3 pickups per week. Each pickup is one Sorted bag, which holds roughly 10–12 lbs of laundry. Every plan also includes your choice of detergent at no extra cost, official Sorted bags free with signup, 24-hour turnaround, vacation pauses, and the ability to cancel anytime.

Pickups happen between 7–9am. Just leave your bag outside your door before 7am on your pickup days — you don't need to be home, and your laundry comes back to the same spot within 24 hours.
